Defining Best-In-Class Processes - Consulting Day

The main idea behind the LSI Best-In-Class Public Consulting Day is to have some consulting time in “San Diego” instead of at your organization (most of the time, LSI performs consulting “on the road” at client sites).

After the four day “Defining Best-In-Class Processes” Training, there is a one day public consulting day to ask the instructor specific questions. The idea is to ask specific questions about defining processes and best practices. However, attendees are not limited to just the topic of “process definition”. For example, if an attendee is defining a decision analysis process or a requirements process, there may be questions about best practices on decision matrices or measuring requirements.

The public consulting day is facilitated like a question and answer session. Attendees are encouraged to bring real work and ask questions about their real work. Every attendee will have time to ask multiple questions. Attendees can do real work while other attendees also ask questions. Attendees can also learn from other attendee’s questions.

On Public Consulting Day, LSI will consult on any topic or best practice that LSI provides training or consulting on.

There is Currently No Public Training Scheduled.
